Counseling Services for Older Adults

Crisis Support Services of Alameda County (CSS) is proud to offer the following group counseling services at our North Oakland office for adults 55 years of age and older:

-Women in Transition Support Group: The second half of life can be filled with changes… Get support for navigating these changes and assistance in living to the full potential of the later years. Mondays 6-8pm

-Grief Support Group: Our bereavement groups offer a safe, confidential place to online pokies games gain support around loss, coping and life transition. Fridays 12 noon-1:30pm

-Singles’ Support Group: Come join this group to battle loneliness, boredom, and TV reruns…
Tuesdays 3:30-5:30pm

All groups meet in North Oakland. All group counseling services are offered on a sliding fee scale, and no one is turned away for inability to pay. Preregistration is required and space is limited.
